                                                      Basket Wet Grinding Sand Mill for Dye

ELE basket mill is a wet grinding machine which integrate dispersing and grinding together, widely used in coatings, inks, color pulp, dyes and other industries, can achieve ultra-detailed grinding. Unique self-absorbing impeller design, smoothly feeding, non-anti-bead no blocking beads, no breaking beads. Special smaller sieve design, which can used smaller grinding beads, get finer particle size and particle size distribution is narrow. 

Working Principle 
1,The self- absorbing impeller rotates in high speed and suck material into grinding chamber
2,The rod pins drive  zirconium beads grinding materials
3 ,The bottom dispersing disc form native pressure discharge materials , materials follows vortex to top of baske
4,The material will  be suck again  by impeller ,form a circulation  suction material→ grinding→ dispersion→ suction material →grinding





1, Unique Z type Anti-reflux device  ( No beads leaking )

Anyone who has used a basket mill knows that there is a phenomenon of leaking beads in old type basket mills.

The beads leaking reason is  sieve screen was blocked due to  large particle or high viscosity, materials can not

discharged smoothly ,So materials and beads will overflow from top of basket , for solve this problem , ELE design

2, Patent Large Area Vertical tubular Sieve  ( Sieve more durable use )

The old type basket mill use bottom sieve ,zirconia beads rotating in high speed,   linear speed at the margin area

 is the highest ,so edge of bottom sieve badly worn,so possible leaking beads to tank .

ELE basket mill use large area vertical tubular sieve ,it in the centre of grinding basket ,centre line speed is lowest

So vertical sieve  more durable use .
