Product Description

Vacuum Mixer Machine:

This Vacuum Mixer Machine is apply to emulsifier and mix materials with different viscosity, especially suitable for high-viscosity materials or emulsions.

Coaxial Base is the core of this machine, it designed the high speed axis and low speed axis is concentric. High speed emulsifier will emulsifying the product quickly and the low speed agitator with paddle will mix the product around the tank and scrapper will scrape product on the wall of tank.

Vacuum Mixer Machine Main Features:

1) This Vacuum Mixer Machine integrates paddle mixer and high shear emulsifier into one machine, basket mill, disc agitator is optional

2) Gate-stirrer with paddle will mix the materials at a low speed, rotation speed around 40-65rpm, completely mix the the whole tank of product.
