Introducation :

 

The EBM series basket mill is a wet grinding machine which integrate dispersing and grinding together,widely used in paints,inks

colorants,pigments, dye,other industries,can achieve ultra-fine grinding.

Unique self-absorbing impeller design ,smooth feeding ,non beads reflux no blocking beads , no breaking beads.

Special smaller discharge sieve design, which can adopt smaller grinding beads ,get finer particle size and

particle size distribution is narrow

Working Principle of Basket Mill:

The motor drive the shaft high speed rotating through the V-belt,There is self-priming impeller in the entrance of the grinding basket, which will generate strong eddy at high speed rotation to accelerate the process of feeding material. the grinding beads will grinding  materials ,After grinding, the material will discharge from the bottom of the grinding basket.  There is a high speed dispersion plate in the grinding basket and due to efficient strong eddy current effect of the dispersion plate, it strengthens material dispersion and hybrid effect, and accelerates material circulation process, to form a circulation from suction material→ grinding→ dispersion→ suction material →grinding, causing high efficiency grinding effect
