EDW Series Pin Type Bead Mill Nano grinding  for pigment

Introduction

1. ELE Pin type bead mill is high energy & energy concentrated wet grinding mill.
2. ELE Pin type bead mill is Suitable for products with high viscosity, high solid content & high refining requirements, for continuous or circulating process operations.
3. EDW Pin type bead mill adopt unique large area tubular reseau centrifugal separator, precise separation & smooth discharging, solve the problems of slow discharging speed and blocking of grinding medium. It can use ultrafine grinding medium. At the smallest 0.05 discharging sieve can be applied.

Working Principle

1. Special Pin type contracture will pass higher power to the grinding beads,
2. High Filling rate of grinding beads, more hit, more shearing force to the products, break down the particle size more quickly.
3. Final particle size is narrow distributed.
4. ELE-NET0.05 discharging sieve is designed for superfine material, to ensure of large flow rate, and microbeads can be used at the same time;
5. Selection of special material (zirconia / silicon carbide/hard alloy steel etc.) enhance wearability of all processing contact parts,It adopts internal thread type cooling way, effectively improves heat dissipation the grinding chamber.
6. Unique double cartridge mechanical seal, to ensure long operation of shaft seal ,maximum 8 -10 kg pressure

Special Mechanical Seal & Bearing Housing:

1. Special double cartridge mechanical seal, ensure long operation of shaft seal, maximum 8 -10 kg pressure;
2. Special Bearing Housing, match mechanical seal well, one whole part, ensure the accuracy to below 0.03mm. Make sure stable working & extend the long life.
