Pre Grinding Machine EYM-5

Pre grinding machine is used as the first process for SC, paper making industry which has need for rough grinding. It has large flow rate, wide particle size and continous production, can shear liquid from 1mm to dozens of microns. It makes good preparation for next ultra-fine grinding.

The working chamber consists of rotor-stator and pin rotor. The shearing rotor cut particles finer and pin rotor strick beads like baseball bat beat baseball, providing high kinetic energy, friction force, impact force and shearing force to get particles finer, to form uniform suspension.
