Product Description

Introduction
ELR  series inline  high shear pump  of  ELE  product which imported advanced technology, integrated blending,emulsifying,smashing, dispersing and dissolving into one machine.Widely apply to heavy oil, diesel, asphalt, food, pharmacy, paint, ink,drink, dyeing and finishing, rubber, parfume, cosmetic and daily health product, ...etc.

Features:
· Reasonable shape design makes the machine more stable, easy to operate and maintain.
· High working accuracy, large capacity and wide viscosity, more suitble for industrial in-line production.
· Rotor and stator with special heat treating, abrasion resistance of the surface is 2 to 3 times of common stainless steel.
· Rotor and stator are forged with imported 304 or 316L stainless steel, material quality compact and abrasion resistant. While the industry generally adopt weld forming, easy to cause weld stress and defects such as slag inclusion, blow hole etc.
· The rotating parts have passed dynamic balance test and static balance test, ensure the stability in high speed moving condition, reduce noisy, prolong the service life.
· Mechanical seal is designed between the drive shaft and axle bearing, , that avoid the block problem caused by materials get into the bearing.
· Key components are with grinding process treatment, the matching of rotor and stator according with international standard.
· The connection of motor and bearing support can adopt solid coupling or elastic coupling, coaxiality tolerance, perpendicularity tolerance and end face run-out tolerance are all do better than the Industry standard.
· Control system can be explosion-proof or non explosion-proof as per your requirement, the explosion-proof type according with international standard.
