EDW pin type horizontal bead mill

 

1. Introduction

 

    EDW pin type bead mill series are ELE's patented products. We adopted the most advandced lenght/diameter ratio, double-end mechanical seal, scientific multiple cooling systems and advanced material discharge method. ELE has always been a leader in grinding and dispersing technology over years, and ELE mills are widely used in papermaking, dye and pigment, paint and coating, electronics, ink, Chemical, food and cosmetics industries.

 

   

2. Features

 

1) Suitable for material with high viscosity, high solid content and high fineness requirements .

 

2) Compact body design, carbon steel frame, stainless steel machine parts, excellent painting effect. 

 

3) Advandced cartridge double-end mechanical seal, which ensures the long life of shaft seal and good sealing effect.

 

4) There are seperate cooling systems for the grinding chamber and chamber cover and mechanic seal.  

 

5) EDW series grinding mills have unique large area tubular mesh grid separator, and the precise separation & smooth discharge solved the problems of slow discharging speed and blocking of grinding medium. It can use ultrafine grinding media, and the smallest discharging sieve could be 0.05mm.

 

6) The whole inner grinding chamber and shaft and pins are made of high wear resistant alloy steel. Other options are zirconia, silicon carbide, etc, which ensures the long life and reduce metallic pollution.

 

7) Both on site control panel and seperate control cabinet are available. Inverter is available for this model. We also has explosion-proof type as an option.
